Where It All Began ...

Niki Grew up in Western New York, in a very small town where at the time there were only 2 stop lights! With a professional athlete for a father, what else is there to do in a small town than play sports? Niki was a four sport Varsity athlete in high school, but golf became her true love at a very young age. She was named a High School Athletic-All American and received a golf scholarship to James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. While at JMU, she again earned All-American status, was captain and MVP of her team and also began her passion for marketing and advertising. She graduated Magna-Cum-Laude in her class.

Hilton Head Island Is Introduced ...

Niki came to Hilton Head Island for the same reason many visitors and residents end up here—GOLF! She worked for two summers while in college at a local golf course schlepping bags and working behind the pro-shop counter. After college, she actually considered a career in golf and qualified for the LPGA Corning Classic just three hours from her home town. After missing the cut and a grinding week, she decided she wanted another career and put her clubs away for almost 2 years.

Real Estate enters the picture ...

Growing up the daughter of a Realtor and the grand-daughter of a Realtor, the family had high hopes that Niki would one day take over the family owned and operated Real Estate office in Western New York. However, she had no thoughts of staying in New York! So, how ironic when Niki moved to Hilton Head Island out of college, that the first job offer was for a short-term rental company. It was at this fantastic local company that Niki became the office manager and tweaked her marketing skills running an advertising campaign with well over a quarter million dollars. She also obtained her real estate license at this time.

Real Estate growth ...

In 2003, Niki began selling real estate full time with Charter I North Realty & Marketing. In just four short years, she grew her business to compete with some of the best Realtors who have been selling for decades. Also, working with the number 1 company on the Island brings more resources and colleagues with decades of experiences to assist in growing her business. To date, Niki has sold nearly $60,000,000 in local real esate.

Family ...

Niki is fortunate enough to have two beautiful and healthy children, Cole and Haley, who are currently 8 years old and 6 years old respectively. The Real Estate business has been a wonderful way to both grow professionally and also be there when her children need her.
